According to the Otter Point Volunteer Fire Department website, their Fire Danger Rating is now at EXTREME.
According to the Otter Point website:
Fire Hazard: EXTREME
This means no open burning, campfires, incinerators, or high risk activities.
When the Fire Hazard Rating is Extreme all burning as well as high risk* and industrial* activities are completely banned. This includes but not limited to:
- campfires, chainsaws, Tiki torches, fireworks, fire crackers, sky lanterns
- incinerators (such as burning barrels or cages) of any description or size
- land clearing, heavy equipment usage and other potential spark or fire producing activities
