[sam id=”15″ codes=”true”]An intense Pacific frontal system over the Central Coast will slowly move southward and reach the South Coast on Sunday.
This system is expected to spread rain to most communities in Victoria. However, with current snow levels slightly above sea level precipitation will likely fall as snow near the Malahat.
Snowfall amounts with this event will be highly variable ranging from 2 to 5 cm depending on elevation and local terrain. Meteorologists are continuously reassessing this system and will update forecasts as required.
