Blasting scheduled Friday morning between 10-11 a.m.
PocketNews has received notification from Don Butler from High Energy Metals, Inc, that they will have a crew doing blasting around 10:00 or 11:00 this morning.
UPDATE: D. Butler emailed a follow-up notice saying, “Our crew detonated the blast at 10:50.” It would appear that this blast went largely unnoticed in our neck of the woods.
High Energy Metals specializes in explosive metalwork, and you can visit their website here.
Last week (March 19), CBC’s Gregor Craigie interviewed Dave Brasher of High Energy Metals, Inc., and you can listen to that interview here.
