Sunday, September 29th - 11 a.m to noon - Orange Shirt Day Event at the kiosk by the crosswalk in central Sooke between Village Foods & Evergreen Mall. In addition to promoting awareness of the continuing impact of residential schools, we will honour Linda Bristol’s memory as she passed away shortly after Orange Shirt Day in 2018.

Thursday, October 3rd, noon to 2 pm. Walk with Chief Gordon Planes.
Meet at the Lazzar Building (6221 Lazzar Rd). Our intention is to carpool from there to a nearby destination where T'Sou-ke Chief Gordon Planes will introduce us to places in the landscape that have particular meaning for him and the local Band. If plans change or the weather isn't cooperative, we will continue the session at the Lazzar Building.
