Strength, love and passion all in one.
Ever wonder what kind of class to take to get your body to open up without feeling overwhelmed? The wonderful Candice Francis has a class at the Hope Center on Friday’s at 9am-10am that is easy enough for anyone to understand but exotic for even the wildest of personalities.[sam id=”15″ codes=”true”]Candice’s story about how she got into NIA Dance is similar to how our friend Alanda Carver got into Kundalini Yoga. Both had previous injuries that led them to look inward for the solution. Yes, your body can heal itself, with the right attention.
Candice drives in from Victoria to teach the class each week and has made it her dedicated passion to help others find their inner healing self and bring it to those she touches. I highly recommend coming to the class. She meets everyone at heir own level and welcomes anyone who is willing to step into their intention.
I’ll see you there.
Thanks Candice for sharing your story and being a Gem!
