Guided Films seeks proud Sookies, SATURDAY at the Kiosk
–SPN News
If you’re a regular reader of Sooke PocketNews, you’ll know that we are fans of Guided Films, a Sooke-based film production company. Most recently, they produced a short video about the Pokemon craze. They are also working on a Sooke Film Project (see videos below).
SPN has just received notification that they will be hanging out at the Kiosk (Evergreen Mall, 6660 Sooke Rd) on Saturday, Aug 6 with camera in hand, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. today.
“We want to hear what positive things people have to say about Sooke for the Sooke Film Project,” details Daniel Baker of Guided Films. “We will have a camera set up to document it.”
It’s also an opportunity for people to swing by and learn more about Guided Films.
“We will also be giving away free Meanwhile in Sooke stickers,” adds Baker, pitching this bonus. Meanwhile in Sooke (living on Facebook and featured weekly by Sooke PocketNews) promotes both the beauty and the funny in Sooke.
Need a reminder (or an intro) on Guided Films? Here are two of their videos that we’ve hosted, promoting the production of the Sooke Film Project.
