Embrace your armpits and achieve emotional balance
This week’s Life Hack is for coping with emotional balance.
There is a way to place your hands on your body that creates more emotional balance.
Place your arms across your chest.
- Stick the hands in the armpits against the body with the palms open and the thumbs sticking out.
- Raise your shoulders up toward your ears and close your eyes.
- Let your breath rate slow down to four long, deep breaths per minute.
How does it work?
All three of your nervous systems come together at your armpits. You have a healing energy field in your hands and when you place them on the body in the armpits and breath slowly it brings you to more neutral balanced emotions. Enjoy your yoga!
