This week’s Life Hack is a coping skill to give you more energy and less stress.

There is a way to get more energy into your body from your breath while releasing a greater amount of stress when you exhale.
- Close your eyes and concentrate on your breath.
- Inhale through the nose in eight equal strokes like small sniffs.
- Exhale through the nose in one deep and powerful stroke
How does it work?
Inhaling the breath through the nose in small sniffs wakes the body up to be very efficient with oxygen. Eight sniffs requires concentration to “get it right” When you pay attention to your breath you get more prana (life force energy) from your breath — up to 40 %more energy because you paid attention.
Most of the energy in your body is breath energy.
