Use the Dog Breath technique to activate your immune system

This week’s Life Hack coping skill is strengthening your immune system.
There is a breath practice that can activate your immune system
- Stick your tongue all the way out and keep it out .
- Rapidly breathe in and out through your mouth.
This is called Dog Breath. - Continue this panting diaphragmatic breath for 3-5 minutes.
How does it work?
Panting like a dog stimulates your digestive system and navel centre. It also stimulates the thymus area of your chest. The Thymus gland, navel centre and digestive system are all major components of your immune system while panting like a dog oxygenates and cleans your blood.
