Matheson Lake Cougar caught on video in East Sooke, April 2017
The following video is embedded from a public Facebook post by Mark Single, who captured this cougar on video at Matheson Lake on April 23, 2017. According to this website, cougars have large home ranges and males have been recorded traveling over 50 kilometers in one day.
