A New Year’s resolution is a tradition for some, where a person makes a promise to do an act of self-improvement or something slightly nice, such as opening doors for people beginning from New Year’s Day. Others go for the gusto and promise new health regimes, like eating less sugar, exercising more, or going dairy free.
The current SPN survey simply asks, generally speaking, what is your relationship with the News Year’s Resolutions? Do you make them and achieve them, do you make them and break them, or do you not bother at all?
If you make them, feel free to share yours for inspiration to other readers in the comments below.
