  1. As a 69 year old male, I have been adding HIIT to my 3 times a week 30 minute walks. There are studies that say that even 3 20 second bursts during a walk have measurable benefits for raising metabolism and improving standard health measurements.Even I can run uphill for 20 seconds (but not much more)
