10.1. Policy Framework: THAT Council adopt the Policy Framework.
10.2. 20 Year Anniversary Events: THAT Council authorize staff to plan and execute events in the community to celebrate the District of Sooke’s 20 year anniversary, with a budget of $5,000 to come from Council Contingency.
10.3. Capital Region Mutual Aid Agreement (CRMAA): THAT the District of Sooke enter into the Capital Region Mutual Aid Agreement for the purpose of enhancing, and providing a framework for, mutual aid and critical resource coordination during an emergency within the Capital Region. AND THAT Council authorize the Mayor and the Interim CAO to execute the agreement.
10.4. Climate Change Action Committee Terms of Reference: THAT Council determine the number of members to be appointed to the Climate Change Action Committee; THAT Council adopt the proposed Climate Change Action Committee Terms of Reference; and THAT Council direct staff to advertise for committee membership.

THAT Council recognize the efforts of Judith Ann Gatto for her contribution to the community for the 25 years in organizing the Sooke Canada Day celebrations by providing and presenting a plaque, with funding to come from Council Contingency.
