“If I lift weights, I’ll get bulky”
Try something new – lift weights. You may be surprise with how good you feel after lifting heavy objects in perfect form. Be sure to check with your Physician first before beginning any exercise program to ensure it is right for you. People who lift weights have experienced side effect such as, but not limited to; improved bone density, reduction in blood pressure, reduced blood glucose, management of osteoarthritis, decrease in chronic lower back pain, improved coordination, and overall improvement of strength.
