What’s your reason to make a will? — 2 Comments

  1. Looking to get mine done, would be interested in hearing from some providers.

  2. Thank you Britt. It is important to have a Will and revisit it every few years as there have been significant legislative changes recently. Equally as important is to execute a Power of Attorney. A Power of Attorney (PoA) allows a capable adult to appoint a person or persons to handle their financial and legal matters while they are alive in the event they are unable to do so themselves or need assistance. I always discuss PoA’s with my clients when I am taking their will instructions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
